So to get Telegram to work with your computer, you have to download the Telegram desktop app. It is available for multiple operating systems, such as Windows, macOS or Linux. The desktop app can be downloaded for free from the official Telegram website, in addition to digital distribution platforms such as the Mac App Store and the Microsoft Store.
Installation Process

Enter your phone number and the verification code you receive, just like in the desktop app
After signing in you will be authenticated and receive messages and contacts directly on a web browser.
